Perfect for private parties, small venues, or gatherings where you want quality music with a more relaxed vibe
Cancellation Policy
The base rate price is fixed for engagements of up to 6 hours, inclusive of 2 hours of live music, breaks and set up/pack down. Custom packages can be put together on request. The engagement is payable from the time required to have instruments and equipment set up. As every event is unique, Country Chicks UK provides a tailored quote based on your event details. Extras, to be added to base rate hire Travel costs (first 15 miles inclusive of base rate): Mileage (charged for distances beyond 15 miles of SL6) 45p/mile Congestion/ parking charges Paid by Booker Additional costs: Overtime (expected to be on site beyond 6 hours) £70 per musician/hour Overnight stay (if return journey exceeds 2 hours) £125 per musician Paying your booking retainer Thank you for choosing Country Chicks UK to perform at your event! Now that you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and submitted your booking form, Country Chicks UK will send a Booking Deposit invoice (15% total fee) to you via the email provided. Once the Booking Retainer is received, Country Chicks UK will email a receipt to confirm that your booking is complete and your date is secured in the diary.
